BOOKING DEPOSIT
A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required to
confirm booking. The balance of rental is payable 6 weeks
prior to arrival to Haven Auctioneers. A penalty payment
of £100.00 payable on non-compliance of this condition.
If payment is not received two weeks prior to arrival
you risk cancellation of your accommodation. A confirmation
of booking will he issued upon receipt of final payment
and directions and instructions regarding key collection
will be sent.
- CANCELLATION
The following charges will apply in the event of a cancellation:-
- Up to six
weeks before date of arrival loss of Booking Deposit

Up to three weeks before date of arrival loss of 70% of
total rental charge

One week or less before date of arrival loss of 100%
of total rental charge
It is strongly advised that clients take out holiday
insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation
charges. The company is relieved from liability should
the house not be available due to circumstances beyond
our control. However in any of these circumstances
the deposit and any other monies paid will be refunded
in full.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The house will be available from 12 noon on the stated
day of arrival and vacated by 2 p.m. on the stated day
of departure.

RIGHT TO DECLINE
The company has the right to decline a booking for any
reason even after receipt of the balance of the rental
charge.

NUMBER OF PERSONS
The numbers of persons stated on the reservation form
must not be exceeded without prior permission from the
house holder.
- Bed
linen and some towels will be, provided in accordance
with the duration of the booking.
- INVENTORY
On arrival, each resident is asked to check the inventory
list provided in the house, and to notify us immediately
of any short comings if applicable. All breakages/damages
must be paid for before departure.
- LIABILITY
Neither the company nor its employees can accept liability
for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained
during the period of stay at the self catering property.
- No
refund will be made if a resident is requested to vacate
the self catering property or leaves of their own accord
before the expiration of his/her bookings.
- The
occupants are responsible for the security of the premises
during their stay e.g. ensuring that all doors are locked
while the house is vacant.
